涤痰逐瘀法对脑血管狭窄介入治疗术后患者中医证候及脑血管事件的影响

Effects of the Ditan Zhuyu method on TCM syndromes and cerebrovascular events of cerebral vascular stenosis patients after interventional therapy

目的:对目前我国脑血管狭窄患者采用涤痰逐瘀法进行治疗,并对术后中医证候及脑血管事件的影响进行探讨。方法:选取本县医院在2010年3月～2012年3月收治的100例颅内血管狭窄患者,年龄在40～80岁,平均年龄在55岁。根据患者意愿,分为对照组和观察组。对照组50例采用常规西医治疗,观察组50例采用中西医结合治疗。观察组在常规西医治疗下,根据中医辨证法,采用涤痰逐瘀法进行配合治疗。两组患者共治疗1个疗程(3个月),并在治疗前后的6个月内采集患者的实验室指标和中医证候评分,观察两组患者对药物的不良反应。结果:观察组在治疗的6个月后,火热证评分为(1.5±2.2),痰证评分为(3.8±2.5)与对照组相比火热证(7.9±5.3),痰证评分(7.2±5.1),数据均有下降,P值<0.05。结论:脑血管狭窄患者采用支架置入术后,再配合涤痰逐瘀法可有效地改善患者的中医证候,降低脑血管并发症的发生率。

Objective： Treating patients with cerebral vascular stenosis by Ditan Zhuyu method in our country, and discusses influence on TCM syndromes and cerebrovascular events of postoperative. Methods： Based on the wishes of patients, 100 patients with cerebral vascular stenosis admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were divided into the control group and observation group, 50 in each group. Patients aged 40 to 80 years, with an average age of 55 years. The control group was given conventional modem medicine treatment, while the observation group was given Ditan Zhuyu method treatment more than the control group. Two groups of patients with a total of 1 course of treatment （3 months）, the laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome score in 6 months after treatment were collected, to observe the adverse reactions of medicine in two groups of patients. Results： After 6 month＇s treatment, in the observation group, Huore syndrome score was （1.5±2.2）, Tan syndrome score was （3.8±2.5）, compared with that in the control group （7.9±5.3） and （7.2±5.1）were decreased, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Ditan Zhuyu method is effective on patients with cerebral vascular stenosis after interventional therapy, it can reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular complications.
