丹参川芎嗪治疗痰瘀阻络型类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study on treating rheumatoid arthritis of Tanyu Zuluo type with the Danshen Chuanxiongqin

目的:评价丹参川芎嗪联合西药规范治疗痰瘀阻络型类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法:65例符合1987年ACR的类风湿关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服西药+丹参川芎嗪静滴,对照组口服西药,治疗30d,观察两组治疗前后SDAI和ESR、CRP、RF、PLT、中医疗效的变化及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗30d后治疗组与对照组比较,SDAI、CRP及PLT优于对照组,P<0.01;总有效率、不良反应发生率优于对照组,P<0.05。ESR、RF与对照组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合西药规范治疗痰瘀痹阻型的类风湿关节炎效果显著,可操作性高,值得临床推广。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with modem medicine for treatment of Tanyu Zuluo type rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 65 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in 1987 ACR diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The treated group was given oral modem medicine plus Danshen Chuanxiongqin, the control group was given oral modem medicine. Treated for 30 days. To observe the adverse reaction occurred rate and the changes of SDAI and ESR, CRP, RF, PLT, TCM curative effect before and after treatment in two groups. Results： 30 days later, SDAI, CRP and PLT in treated group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.01; total efficiency, adverse reaction occurred rate were better than the control group, P〈0.05. ESR, RF had no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion： Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with modem medicine has remarkable effect on treating rheumatoid arthritis, with high maneuverability, worthy of clinical promotion.
