培菲康结合中医辨证治疗糖尿病性腹泻的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating DD with Bifico combined with TCM syndrome differentiation

目的:观察培菲康结合中医辨证治疗糖尿病性腹泻的疗效及其对血糖等指标的影响。方法:90例糖尿病性腹泻的患者随机分为两组,均给与口服降糖药或注射胰岛素控制病情。对照组(n=37)给与易蒙停4mg,3次/d口服;治疗组(n=53)给与七味白术散加减,同时培菲康420mg,3次/d口服。两组均治疗1个月,治疗前后观察腹泻等症状变化及肠道菌群等指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率92.45%,对照组总有效率72.97%,两组相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血糖、中医症候积分变化、厌氧菌变化及血浆胃动素与治疗前相比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组治疗后变化更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:培菲康结合中医辨证治疗糖尿病性腹泻疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the curative effect and effects on blood glucose and other indicators of Biflco combined with TCM syndrome differentiation on treating diabetic diarrhea （DD）. Methods： 90 DD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups; both were treated with insulin injection or oral hypoglycemic agents to control condition. The control group （n=37） was given Imodium 4mg, 3 times a day oral; while the treated group （n=53） was given modified Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with Bifico 420rag, 3 times a day oral. The two groups were treated for one month. Changes of diarrhea and other symptoms and other indicators of intestinal flora before and after treatment were observed. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 92.45%, that of the control group was 72.97%, the difference between them was significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, blood glucose, change of TCM syndrome scores, anaerobic bacterium and plasma gastric movement hormone of both groups were better than those of before treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the treated group were changed more significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Bifico combined with TCM syndrome differentiation has reliable therapeutic effects on treating DD.
