中药配方颗粒治疗慢性咽炎80例临床疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 80 cases of chronic pharynigtis with pellet formula of TCM

目的:观察中药配方颗粒对慢性咽炎的临床疗效,并与传统饮片汤剂进行疗效比较。方法:将140例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(60例),以养阴清肺汤作为基本方辨证加减,治疗组采用中药配方颗粒配伍组方,对照组采用传统饮片汤剂。结果:治疗组总有效率93.8%,对照组总有效率80.0%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药配方颗粒对慢性咽炎具有良好的治疗效果,比传统饮片汤剂的临床效果更优。中药配方颗粒质量稳定,疗效确切,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of pellet formula TCM in treating chronic pharynigtis, and be compared with traditional decoction pieces. Methods： 140 cases with chronic pharynigtis were randomly divided into treated group （80 cases） and control group （60 cases）, treating with Yangyin Qingfei decoction as the basic prescription. The treated group were treated with pellet formula of TCM, while the control group were treated with traditional decoction pieces. Results： The total efficiency was 93.8% in the treated group and 80.0% in the control group. There were significant differences compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It indicates that pellet formula of TCM in treating chronic pharynigtis has good therapeutic effect, better than traditional decoction pieces. The stable quality, curative effect and easy to use of pellet formula of TCM is worthy of clinical application.
