颞九针治疗急性早期前循环脑梗死30例临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Niejiu needle on treating 30 cases of the early diagnosis of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction

目的:通过对急性早期前循环脑梗死患者在常规治疗基础上加用"颞九针"电针治疗,评价"颞九针"在急性早期前循环脑梗死中的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法分为对照组30例(常规治疗)、治疗组30例(常规治疗+颞九针)、观察72h后及3个月后患者NIHSS评分及3个月后的Barthel指数。结果:"颞九针"组14d后临床疗效优于对照组,其72h后及14d后NIHSS评分改善优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:"颞九针"电针治疗可显著促进神经功能恢复,改善急性早期前循环脑梗死后神经功能缺损评分。

Objective： Niejiu needle based on conventional therapy in treating the early diagnosis of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction, to evaluate the curative effect. Methods： To randomly divided into treated group and control group, the treated group was given Niejiu needle based on conventional therapy, to observe the NIHSS score and Barthel index after three month. Results： The treated group were better than the control group, there are significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Niejiu needle treatment can significantly promote the recovery of neurological ffmction, to improve the defect of nerve function of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction.
