中医药综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical research on treating lumbar disc herniation by Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy

目的:观察中医药综合法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析。方法:随机抽取2012年1月～2012年12月期间在我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者150例进行临床研究。将这150例患者分为5组,每组30例,分别为对照一组、对照二组、对照三组、对照四组和治疗组。对照一组采用单一手法按摩,对照二、三、四组分别采取单一针灸、中药外敷、中药内服的疗法,治疗组采取上述综合疗法。7d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果:对照一、二、三、四组的优良率分别为40.0%,46.7%,26.7%,50.0%,治疗组的优良率为90.0%。结论:中医药综合疗法对治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效更为显著,能有效改善局部微循环、恢复受压神经根的位置关系,促进水肿消退,排出代谢产物,有助于恢复功能、缓解疼痛。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 150 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected in January 2012 - December 2012 period in our hospital for clinical research. These 150 cases were divided into five groups, 30 cases in each, four control groups was respectively taken massage, acupuncture, herbal topical, internal medicine therapies, the treated group was given Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy, the excellent rate of four control groups was respectively 40.0%, 46.7%, 26.7%, 50.0%, the excellent rate of the treated group was 90.0%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy is more significant in treating lumbar disc herniation, could effectively improve local micro-circulation and restore the positional relationship between nerve root compressions, promote edema, discharge metabolites, help to restore function, relieve pain.
