电热袖带在配合清瘀散湿敷防治静脉炎中的效果观察

Prevention and treatment of phlebitis with electric cuff plus Qingyu powder

目的:探讨电热袖带配合清瘀散湿敷在防治静脉炎中的效果。方法:选择患者180例,随机分为A、B、C组。三组患者均经外周静脉输注20%甘露醇,同时A组使用清瘀散湿敷,外置电热袖带加温。B组:使用清瘀散湿敷。C组:使用活血通络散结汤湿敷。结果:A组静脉炎的发生率明显低于B组(P<0.01),静脉炎发生时间明显延长,疼痛强度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B、C两组病人在静脉炎发生率上相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.1),但是B组病人疼痛强度明显减低,静脉炎发生时间明显推迟,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电热袖带配合清瘀散湿敷可效减少静脉炎的发生和减轻疼痛的程度,延长静脉炎发生时间。

Objective： To investigate the effect of electric cuff with Qingyu powder wet packing. Methods： 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups. Three groups of patients were peripheral intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol, meanwhile, group A with electric cuff with Qingyu powder wet packing. Group B with clear stasis scattered wet packing. Group C with wet packing Huoxue Tongluo powder jie decoction. Results： The incidence of phlebitis of group A was significantly lower than the other two groups. Conclusion： Electric cuff with Qingyu powder wet packing could reduce the occurrence of phlebitis, reduce the degree of pain, and prolong phlebitis occurred.
