加味小蓟饮子治疗经皮肾碎石取石术后血尿102例

Treating 102 cases of hematuria after percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy by modified thistle Yinzi

目的:观察加味小蓟饮子治疗经皮肾碎石取石术后血尿的临床疗效。方法:将临床中的204例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各102例。治疗组用乳酸左氧氟沙星静滴加服用加味小蓟饮子治疗;对照组给予乳酸左氧氟沙星、氨甲环酸静滴。结果:治疗组总有效率90.2%,对照组总有效率82.4%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味小蓟饮子治疗经皮肾碎石取石术后血尿疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of modified thistle Yinzi on treating hematuria after percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy. Methods： 204 patients were divided into two groups, 102 for each. The treated group was given the levofloxacin lactate intravenous infusion plus modified thistle Yinzi. While the control group was given the levofloxacin lactate, tranexamic acid intravenous infusion therapy. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 90.2%, 82.4% in the control group, the comparison has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The modified thistle Yinzi was effective in treating hematuria after percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy.
