摘要
目的 探讨nm2 3 H1蛋白在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用 ,为胰腺癌的诊断、预后估计提供依据。方法 对 2 1例胰腺癌手术切除标本和 10例非肿瘤性胰腺组织进行nm2 3 H1单克隆抗体的免疫组化检测 ,所有检测均采用Envision 2步法。结果 2 1例胰腺癌中nm2 3 H1阳性表达率为 6 1.9% ( 13/ 2 1) ,高于非肿瘤组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;高分化腺癌的阳性表达率 ( 10 0 % )同低分化腺癌组 ( 33% )存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3 H1的表达能反映胰腺癌的某些生物学活性 。
Objective Study the effects of nm23H 1 oncoprotein on genesis and development of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and to find out the evidences providing for proof of diagnosis and prognostic evaluation. Methods Twenty one resected tumor tissue samples and 10 nontumor pancreatic tissues were examined by immunohistochemical defector of monoclonal antibody nm23H 1 with Envision two steps method. Results (1)The positive expression (61.9%) of nm23H 1 in samples of pancreatic adenocarcinoma was higher than the expression rate in nontumor pancreatic tissues (P<0.05). (2)The difference was very significant between the group of high differential adenocarcinoma (100%) and of low differential (33.3%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of nm23H 1 can reflect the biological activity of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and benefic for prognostic evaluation.
