黄藤素注射液治疗女性面部皮炎临床观察

Clinical observation on effect of fibrauretine injection in treatment of female facial dermatitis

目的观察黄藤素注射液对女性面部皮炎的治疗效果。方法选取门诊典型女性面部皮炎患者260例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组肌肉注射黄藤素注射液20～40 mg,1次/d;对照组用葡萄糖酸钙注射液静点,口服盐酸西替利嗪片,外用曲咪新乳膏。均连用4 d至1周,观察皮炎消失情况,再观察3月,了解复发情况。结果治疗组1周内皮炎有效率82.3%,观察3月复发率4.6%,18例因躯体皮疹、恶心及面部皮炎加重等退出治疗。对照组1周内皮炎有效率43.1%,观察3月复发率23.2%,两组有效率比较有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论黄藤素注射液肌注能有效治疗女性面部皮炎,方法简单,在注意不良反应的同时值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of fibranretine injection in treatment of female facial dermatitis. Methods A total of 260 pa- tients with female facial dermatitis were randomly divided into trial group and control group, patients in trial group were treated with fibrauretine in- jection, 20 -40mg, intramuscular injection, once daily; and patients in control group were treated with calcium gluconate by intravenous infusion and smeared with triamcinolone acetonide and miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate cream, and administration of cetirizine hydrochloride tab- lets, patients in these two groups were both treated for four days to one week, the disappearance of dermatitis had been observed, and they were fol- lowed - up for three months for recurrence rate. Results The total effective rate in patients of trial group for one week was 82.3 %, the recurrence rate in three months was 4.6%, and 18 patients were quitted this treatment because of increased body rashes, nausea, facial dermatitis and so on; and the total effeetive rate in patients of control group treated for one week was 43.1%, and the recurrence rate in three months was 23.2%, and the difference in total effective rate between these two groups was very significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Fibrauretine injection is effective in treatment of female facial dermatitis ; this method is simple but care should be taken for side effects during the therapeutic course, however it is worthy to be recommended for clinical promotion.
