0.05%氯氟醚菊酯盘式蚊香的水溶媒剂型研究

摘要 目的通过改变传统蚊香煤油溶解滴加的工艺,以水为溶媒,实现蚊香效果不降低,低能耗、低污染、低排放。方法研制不同浓度水溶媒盘式蚊香滴加液,与相应浓度的油溶媒盘式蚊香进行药效、毒性、稳定性的比较观察。结果研制了15%氯氟醚菊酯水乳剂,配制了0.05%和0.08%氯氟醚菊酯盘式蚊香成品,实验室对淡色库蚊的KT50为2.86 min,1 h击倒率为100%,其灭蚊效果与油溶媒产品比较无统计学差异。结论以水代替油作为溶媒后,蚊香效果可靠,减少了煤油的使用,降低了CO2的排放,降低成本,实现低能耗、低污染、低排放。 Objective In order to be low energy expenditure, pollution and volley,water was used as dissolvant in the technology of mosquito coil. Methods Water was used as dissolvant for mosquito coil. Biological assay and poisonousness were tested. Results A aqueous-emulsion of 15% chlorine fluoride ether was used to make 0.05% mosquito coil wit 90% kerosene being saved. The average KTs0was 2.73 rain to Culex pipiens pallens. The 1 h knock- down rate was 100%. Conclusion The using of water dissolvant cut down the use of 90% kerosene and volley of CO~. It can also reduce enterprise costs, achieve low energ~~ consumption,low pollution and low emission.
