硫酰氟对常见病媒生物致死剂量的研究

摘要 目的研究硫酰氟对蚊、蝇、蟑螂和鼠熏蒸不同时间的LC50的顺序和绝对致死顺序,指导实际应用。方法蚊、蝇和蟑螂每个浓度梯度选用50只供试成虫,昆明小鼠、SD大鼠每个浓度梯度选用20只,熏蒸24 h,通过透明有机玻璃柜进行连续观察,实时记录其死亡情况。结果硫酰氟熏蒸蚊、蝇、蟑螂和鼠24 hLC50分别为蚊虫(0.179 g/m3)<蝇(0.212 g/m3)<蟑螂(1.446 g/m3)<小鼠(2.004 g/m3)<大鼠(2.773 g/m3);硫酰氟熏蒸蚊、蝇、蟑螂和鼠24 h绝对致死顺序为:蚊虫(1.099 g/m3)<蝇(1.520 g/m3)<蟑螂(3.817 g/m3)<小鼠(3.874 g/m3)<大鼠(5.122 g/m3),硫酰氟对鼠、蝇、蚊和蟑螂完全致死,重箱熏蒸所需要硫酰氟的量比空箱少。结论研究结果对指导多种媒介并存时,卫生处理个案化用药量的选择和硫酰氟卫生处理质量和效果的评价提供了科学实验依据:我国现行口岸作业指导原则是硫酰氟处理24 h熏蒸剂量为15~20 g/m3。实际应用硫酰氟熏蒸时,需要结合处理对象,参照绝对致死用量用药。能节约用药量,缩短薰蒸时间减少环境污染,有利从业人员健康。 Objective To study the LC50 sequence sort of sulfuryl fluoride against mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches and rats as the guide of practical application.Methods The trial was carried out in a transparent simulating container with 50 flies,mosquitoes,cockroaches and 20 Kunming kinds mice,20 SD rats in each dose group for 24 h.Results The LC50 sequence sort of sulfuryl fluoride against fly,mosquito,cockroach,rat for 24 h were 0.179,0.212,1.446 and 2.004 g/m3 respectively.Absolutely lethal dose of sulfuryl fluoride against fly,mosquito,cockroach,kunming kinds mouse,SD rats were 1.099,1.520,3.817,3.874 and 5.122 g/m3 respectively.It needed less absolutely lethal dose of sulfuryl fluoride against fly,mosquito,cockroach,kunming kinds mouse,SD rats in empty containers than in full containers.Conclusion The result provides scientific experimental basis for sanitary treatment.It is helpful for sanitary treatment individualized dosage selection when used sulfuryl fluoride to process container with multi media coexist.Sulfuryl fluoride fumigation dose is 15-20 g / m3 24 h according to current port operation guiding principle.But we need to combine of processing objects and absolute lethal dosage of the sulfuryl fluoride fumigation on practical application of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation.It can save the amount of sulfuryl fluoride,shorten steaming time,reduce environmental pollution at the same time.It is favorable to keep the health of practitioners when we reference the experimental result.
