Resistance of houseflies to common used insecticides in Nanjing Hexi area

目的了解和掌握南京河西地区家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗性状况,并研究防治对策。方法点滴法。结果南京河西地区家蝇对敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯4种杀虫剂均达到高抗性。结论由于长期使用这4种杀虫剂进行化学防治,因此家蝇产生了明显的抗性。

Objective To grasp and understand the resistance situation of houseflies to four common insecticides in Nanjing Hexi area,and research on its control strategy.Methods Topical application.Results The resistance rates of houseflies to DDVP,permethrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin had reached a high level in Nanjing Hexi area.Conclusion Houseflies has resistance to common used insecticides.The high resistance may be due largely to the long using and heavy application of insecticides.
