摘要
目的了解北京地区基层社区护理服务运行现状和存在问题,为构建新型基层社区护理服务管理体系和运行机制提供依据。方法采用方便抽样,对北京市大兴区、昌平区、延庆区39所社区卫生服务中心的65名护理管理者、316名护士及300名居民进行问卷调查。结果基层社区基本护理服务管理制度尚不完善,资金投入不足和人力资源配置不足,护理服务内容较局限。结论政府应加大基层社区卫生服务资金投入,基层社区卫生服务中心管理者应加强护理人力资源建设,完善整合机制、激励机制和护理安全保障机制。
Objective To investigate the current status and problems of suburban community nursing service management system in Beijing,and to provide guidance for the construction of new community nursing service management and operation system. Methods Totally 65 nursing administrators,316 nurses and 300 residents from 39 community health service centers in Daxing distriet,Changping district and Yanqing district of Beijing attended the questionnaire survey. Results The community nursing service management system was not complete ,the funds and human resources were insufficient,and nursing care services were limited. Conclusion The government should increase health service funds for suburban communities health services,and the administrators of community health service centers should strengthen nursing human resources management, improve the integration mechanism,incentive mechanism and nursing safety guarantee mechanism.
