摘要
目的:探讨cAMP、cGMP在针刺治疗急性脑梗塞中的作用机制。方法:用线栓法直接阻断大鼠脑中动脉开口处制造急性脑梗塞模型,采用放免技术,检测针刺对急性脑梗塞大鼠脑组织中cAMP、cGMP含量的影响。结果:针刺治疗可以使其脑组织中过度降低的cAMP含量逐渐升高,使升高的CGMP含量迅速下降,病理性减小的cAMP/cGMP比值增大,并均趋于正常值水平。结论:针刺可以通过调节cAMP、cGMP含量及二者的比值,改善梗塞区脑组织供血,从而起到治疗作用。
To study the mechanism of cAMP and cGMP in acute cerebral infarction heated by acupuncture. Methods: Made model of acute cerebral infarction by blocking the beginning of middle cerebral artery directly with linear embolus. And then by radioimmunoassay,detected the content change of cAMP and cGMP in brain tissue of acute cerebral infarction rats treated by acupuncture. ResultS: After acupunctUre, the over- descended content of cAMP raised, over-raised content of cGMP descended, and cAMP/cGMP raised remark- ably. All of them reached the normal value. Conclusion: AcupunctUre may improve the blood supply of brain tissue by adjusting the content of cAMP and cGMP.
