小儿清肺止咳露免疫药理的实验研究

Experimental Study on Immunopharmacology of Xiaoer Qingfei Zike Distillat

以腹腔注射环磷酸胺引起的免疫抑制小鼠为模型，用小儿清肺止咳露灌胃，并以小儿咳喘宁为阳性对照药，观察小儿清肺止咳露对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、溶血素抗体形成，以及迟发型超敏反应－鼠足垫肿胀试验等非特异性、特异性免疫功能的影响。结果：小儿清肺止咳露可不同程度地提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、溶血素抗体形成以及迟发型超敏反应。表明小儿清肺止咳露可明显提高免疫功能。

To study immunization of xiaoer qingfei zike distillat. Methods: The mice immunosuppres- sant model was made by injecting cychophosphdride. xiaoer qistillat zike distillat was experimental group.xi- aoer kechuan ning was positive control group.Results: xiaoer qingfei zike distillat could increase lysozyme content, promote hemolytic antibody forming and improve delayed hypersensihvity in the mice. Conclusion: xiaoer qingfei zike distillat could raise immunologic function remarkably.
