中药离子导入与内服诱发排卵的临床研究

Clinical Study on Induced Ovulation Used Chinese Drugs with Ion-introduction Therapy in Point and Oral Mediation

目的：探讨中药内外合用治疗卵巢排卵功能障碍所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法：选择卵巢排卵功能障碍所致不孕患者４５例，治疗组使用中药内外合治方法，对照组仅内服中药，并观察治疗前后的ＢＢＴ、尿液ＬＨ等变化。结果：中药内外合治诱发排卵的总有效率为８６．６％，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

To research on the clinical effect of treatment of sterility caused by ovulation dysfunction, by internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:To perform treatment to the 45 selected cases of steunty caused by dydrichonal ovulation in two groups, thelapy group and control group, with combined combined internal/external application of Chinese medicine and with only internal application of Chinese medicine respectively, while observing the changes of BBT and LH in urine, etc. in the course of treatment. Results:The total efficiency of inducing ovulaton by internal/external application of Chinese medicine is 86. 6% in therapy group.Clinical experiment has proved that curative effect for the therapy group is evidently higher than that for the control group (P<0.01).
