以现代化农村物流建设为视角，分析现代化农村物流与高效资金流合理的结合形成农村物流金融的发展模式，及分析现代农村物流金融的现状，从农村金融组织和农村物流金融现有模式两方面展开，并提出对现代农村物流金融组织进行创新；对现代农村物流金融整合模式进行创新，涉及相应的各种金融工具的创新，利率机制的运作，建立相应的科技文化管理体制，大力拓展现代农村物流“融通仓”模式等改进措施。

This text analyses the modem rural logistics and the efficient integration of the capital flows in the development form of modem rural logistics finance on the perspective of modem rural logistics, adding the current situation of modem rural logistics finance, in addition, the improvement measures has been proposed in this paper based on rural financial organizations and the rural financial existing mode. accompanied with the innovation on the modern rural logistics financial organizations; modem rural logistics and financial integration model innovation, which involves various financial instruments and the operation of the interest rate mechanism and establishment of science, technology and cultural management system as well as vigorously development modem rural logistics ＂FTW＂ mode, etc.
