药物不良反应545例分析

药物不良反应（adverse drug reactions,简称ADR）系指正常剂量的药物用于预防、诊断、治疗疾病或调节生理机能时出现的有害的和与用药目的无关的反应.近年来,随着新药及临床用药品种的增加,药品不良反应发生呈上升趋势.现将我院2010年1月至2011年12月收集到的421例ADR报告进行统计分析,以了解我院在此期间ADR发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.

Objective To explore adverse drug reaction and influencing factors, in order to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods Review analysis 545 cases of adverse drug reaction in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2012. Results Anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation caused the most adverse drug reaction. Skin and its accessories damage were the main adverse drug reaction of clinical manifestation.Conclusion Irrational use of anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation is a main reason for adverse drug reaction. Therefore, we must adopt the corresponding measures to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical medication.
