摘要
目的优选参蛇软膏科学的乙醇提取工艺。方法以蛇床子素含量为评价指标,选择乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间及次数为考察因素,利用正交试验法确定参蛇软膏的乙醇提取工艺。结果科学提取工艺为70%乙醇6倍量,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论 75%乙醇6倍量、回流提取3次、每次2 h的提取工艺简便、可行,可作为参蛇软膏的合理开发依据。
Objective To optimize the scientific alcohol-extraction process of Shenshe Ointment.Methods The alcohol-extraction process was screened by the orthogonal design with the osthole yield as the index and selecting the ethenal concen tration,amount,extraction time and frequency as the investigation factors.Results The scientific extraction process was adding 6-fold amount of 70% alcohol,reflux extracting for 3 times and 2 h each time.Conclusion The extraction process,adding 6-fold amount of 75% ethanol with reflux extraction for 3 times,2 h each time,is simple,feasible and able to be used as the basis for rational development of Shenshe Ointment.
