黛力新联合大剂量谷维素治疗心血管神经症疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Deanxit combined with high dose oryzanol in treatment of cardiovascular neurosis

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(黛力新)联合大剂量谷维素治疗心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法将104例心血管神经症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用常规综合治疗,治疗组加用黛力新联合大剂量谷维素(每次100 mg,每天3次)治疗,对照组仅加小剂量谷维素(每次20 mg,每天3次)治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.2%(49/52),显著优于对照组[71.2%(37/52)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者躯体化症状自评量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合大剂量谷维素治疗心血管神经症具有明显疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of flupentixol and melitracen（Deanxit） combined with high dose oryzanol in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods 104 patients with cardiovascular neurosis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were treated by conventional therapy.The treatment group was added with Deanxit combined with high dose oryzanol（100 mg,three times a day）,while the control group was added with only low-dose oryzanol（20 mg,three times a day）.Results The total effective rate was 94.2%（49/52） in the treatment group,which was significantly superior to the control group[71.2%（37/52）],the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Moreover,the scores of the Somatic Self-rating Scale（SSS） in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Deanxit combined with high dose oryzanol has apparent effect in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis and is worthy of generalization.
