摘要
目的:将明胶-白芨胶/丹参材料植入大鼠损伤皮肤下,讨论丹参对创面修复中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:将30只大鼠随机为对照组(15只)和实验组(15只)。大鼠皮下切除真皮组织造模,实验组皮下植入明胶-白芨胶/丹参材料,对照组植入单纯明胶-白芨胶多孔材料。术后1、3、7、14d和28d,每组随机选3只大鼠处死。将含周围组织的材料取出,制成病理切片,常规HE染色,镜下观察组织恢复程度。将术后1、3、7、14d的切片标本行TGF-β1抗体免疫组化染色,利用ImageJ软件分析,镜下观察比较。结果:组织切片未显示异常反应。免疫组化染色结果显示,实验组TGF-β1表达强于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料能增强大鼠损伤皮肤TGF-β1表达,进而可能促进真皮组织恢复。
Objective:To discuss the effect of salvia-miltiorrhiza on expression of TGF-β1in repairing tissue.Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into control group(15rats)and experimental group(15rats).Corium of all rats was cut.The gelatin-bletilla/salvia-miltiorrhiza materials were implanted under injured skin of experimental group and the single gelatin-bletilla material were implanted under injured skin of control group.On the 1st,3rd,7th,14th and 28th d after implanting,3rats were randomly killed and the materials in surrounding tissue were taken out in each group.The tissue was stained and observed under the microscope.And the expression of TGFβ 1was compared.Results : There was no significant inflammation or reject reaction in test areas.Compared with control group,the material with salvia-miltiorrhiza increased the expression of TGFβ 1in injured issue(P0.05).Conclusion : Gelatin-bletilla / salvia-miltiorrhiza material can enhance the expression of TGFβ 1in injured skin of rats,so it could promote the tissue recovery of corium.
