摘要
目的:了解化疗血管通道器材(VADs)的认知与通道优选的工作方法。方法:根据患者日输液量、氯化钾、营养剂、化疗疗程等进行全面评估,遵守主动静脉治疗的护理评估流程,选择合适的血管通道器材,确定最佳的输液方式。结果:合理选择化疗VADs不仅降低了血栓形成、静脉炎和反复静脉穿刺引起的外周血管损伤和疼痛。同时也降低了反复静脉穿刺的费用。结论:化疗患者是静脉炎的高危人群,刺激性药物对外周静脉的刺激较大,使用通道优选的工作方法,合理选择血管通道器材,建立中心静脉通道,有效减少了化疗药物对外周血管的刺激,避免反复穿刺给病人造成的痛苦,保证了输液安全,提高了病人的生活质量。
Objective:To explore VADs for chemotherapy and channel optimization.Methods: VADs and transfusion mode were selected based on daily transfusion volume,dosage of potassium chloride and potassium chloride agents and chemotherapy process.Results:Appropriate VADs reduced thrombus,phlebophlogosis,peripheral vascular damage and pain due to repeated venipuncture.It also reduced the cost for venipuncture.Conclusions Patients with chemotherapy have high risk of phlebophlogosis.Stimulant medications have significant stimulation.Channel optimization and appropriate VADs can help establish central venous channel,reduce stimulation of drugs,avoid pain due to repeated venipuncture,guarantee the safety and elevate the quality of patients'life.
