尾加压索Ⅱ与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性研究

Relationship between urotensin cable II and diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨尾加压索Ⅱ与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法检测糖尿病视网膜病变患者(DR)90例和正常对照组(D组)30例血浆中尾加压索Ⅱ的水平,DR患者行直接眼底镜和眼底荧光血管造影检查,按分期定为A、B、C组,检测并比较4组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),并分析相互的相关性。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变各组患者血浆中尾加压索Ⅱ水平较正常对照组显著升高(P均<0.01),与HbA1c、UAER呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:血清尾加压索Ⅱ与2型糖尿病视网膜病变密切相关,其浓度的测定对判断2型糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate relationship between urotensin cableⅡand diabetic retinopathy（DR）.Methods：A total of 90DR patients and 30healthy persons were selected.Urotensin cableⅡ level was measured by radioimmunoassay.DR patients had direct ophthalmoscope and fundus fluorescein angiography,and they were divided into three groups according to different phase.Glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）and urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）was detected,and the correlation between indexes was analyzed.Results：Urotensin cable II of DR patients was significantly higher than normal control group（P0.01）,and it was positively correlated with HbA1cand UAER（P0.01）.Conclusion：Urotensin cable II has close correlation with type 2diabetic retinopathy.The concentration of urotensin cable Ⅱis important in determining the development of type 2diabetic retinopathy.
