妊娠期妇女自我效能的现状调查

目的:通过调查妊娠期妇女自我效能的现状,为孕期保健工作提供参考依据。方法:应用一般自我效能感量表对120名妊娠期妇女进行调查。结果:妊娠期妇女一般自我效能平均得分与国际成人常模比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.49,P<0.01)。120例妇女的自我效能评分结果显示21.75%处于高等水平,56.25%处于中等水平,42.00%处于低等水平。不同年龄、文化程度、不同胎次、不同关注怀孕程度间孕妇自我效能得分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),而经济收入、居住情况不同,其得分差别无统计学意义。结论:妊娠期妇女自我效能现状不理想,提示护理工作者应重视应加强产前教育,适时提供干预措施以增强孕妇的自我效能。

Objective：To investigate the current status of self-efficacy of the pregnant women in Haikou.Methods：The General Self-Efficacy Seale（GSES）by Ralf Sehwarzer was applied to investigate the self-efficacy status of 120pregnant women.Results：There was statistically significant difference in score of GSES between pregnant women in Haikou and the international normal model（t=-7.49,P 0.01）.Among the 120pregnant women observed,21.75% had high scores of self-efficacy,56.25% had moderate scores,and 42.00% had low scores.There was a significant statistic difference in GSES sore among women at different ages,educational level,parturient times and care about pregnancy（P0.05）.While no significant statistic difference was observed among women with different annual income or residency status.Conclusions：The current status of self-efficacy of the pregnant women is not ideal indicating nurses should enhance ante partum health education and provide measurements to improve self-efficacy status in pregnant women.
