摘要
目的:通过比较针刺内关穴对于快速性、缓慢性心律失常模型大鼠心律的影响及其孤束核(NTS)中c-fos阳性细胞表达,探讨针刺内关穴对快速性心律失常、缓慢性心律失常模型大鼠心律的双向调节作用及其中枢机制。方法:应用动态检测心电图观察针刺内关、足三里穴对快速性、缓慢性心律失常模型大鼠心率的影响作用。运用免疫组织化学技术,观察针刺内关、足三里穴对心律失常模型大鼠孤束核内c-fos阳性细胞表达数目的影响。结果:①电针内关穴能双向调节心律失常模型大鼠的心率,即使快速性心律失常模型大鼠心率减缓,使缓慢性心律失常模型大鼠心率升高。②造成大鼠快速性、缓慢性心律失常后,均能诱导其NTS内c-fos阳性细胞的表达,与空白模型组比均有升高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺内关穴后均能使心律失常模型大鼠NTS内c-fos阳性细胞表达数减少,与心律失常模型组比,其NTS内c-fos阳性细胞均有降低,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:①针刺内关穴能双向调节心律失常模型大鼠的心率。②NTS可能是针刺内关穴对心律失常模型大鼠心率的双向调节作用的整合中枢之一。
Objective: To explore double- way regulation mechanism of electro- acupuncture treatment on Neiguan acupiont towords cardiac arrhythmia by observing the changes of the ECG and the c - fos expres- sion. To clarify that the NTS may be an prime nervous center in the medulla oblongata to double - way regulation on the cardiac function. Methods: Dynamic monitoring on the changes of ECG in order to explore the two - way regulation effect caused by electro - acupuncture treatment on neiguan acupiont towards tachycardia and the bradycardia rats. Using immunohistochemical method to observe the c - fos expression in NTS ( nucleus of the solitary tract) in the taehycardia rats and the bradycardia rats. Look for the difference of the c - fos expression between the model group and the electro - acupuncture on Neiguan or Zusanli point group. Results: The number of fos- immunoreactive( fos- IR) neurons in the NTS( nucleus of the solitary tract) of Neiguan group was sig- nificantly lower than that in the model ( tachycardia, bradycardia) group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; electro - acupuncture on Neiguan point has the double -way regulation effect towards regulating the heart rate of tachycardia or the brad- ycardia. Conclusion:Electro -acupuncture on Neiguan point has the double -way regulation effect on changing heart rate. NTS ( nucleus of the solitary tract) might be an integrated nervous center for Neiguan acupoints of double -way regulating the heart rate or even the cardiac and functions.
