摘要
我国近海海域海水含盐量高,涨落潮干湿侵蚀以及海洋大气的腐蚀对钢管桩等风机主体支撑基础结构的使用寿命有极大的影响,因此,开展海上风电基础结构的防腐蚀研究显得非常重要。随着自动化远程测控技术的发展,使得阴极防护效果远程监测成为可能。以东海海上风电二期工程样机为背景,研发了一套可满足海上风电基础结构牺牲阳极防腐蚀检测要求,集数据实时监测与传输、远程测控、数据分析与预警等功能于一体的海上风机基础结构阴极防护远程自动化检测系统,采用先进的信息技术手段,提高了自动化监测水平,工程人员无须亲临现场即可掌握风机基础结构的被保护电位、保护状态等数据,并进行保护效果评估、分析,为全面分析风机基础结构的寿命及安全性提供了科学依据。
Based on Donghai offshore wind power station project Ⅱ,an offshore wind power infrastructure cathodic protection remote automatic monitoring system with real-time data monitoring and transmission,remote monitoring and control,data analysis and warning functions is developed in this paper,which will meet offshore wind power infrastructure the anode corrosion resistant testing requirements.By means of advanced information technology,it increased automatic monitoring level rapidly,so that engineers can master protection potential and the protection state data for the wind turbine infrastructure,and then make assessment of the protective effect in office,which provide a scientific basis for a comprehensive analysis of the security of the offshore wind power infrastructure.
