摘要
主要针对目前汽车ABS系统采用逻辑门限值控制方式,它的缺点是系统的控制逻辑比较复杂,控制不够平稳,且以此方式完成的ABS装置各类车型之间的互换性很差。重点是设计一种新型的ABS检测系统的数据采集器,用于ABS检测系统中。在技术上实现在较大车速范围内对制动滑移率的动态检测,解决现有汽车ABS检测仪的轮速测量精度不高、响应带宽过窄等问题。
This paper mainly aims at the present automobile ABS system which uses the logic threshold control approach.Its disadvantage is that the system control logic is more complex,control is unstable.In this way the ABS device of various models of the interchangeability between the very poor.This paper focuses on the design of a new ABS detection system,the technical realization in a large speed range on the brake slip rate dynamic detection,solves the problem that the existing automobile ABS tester for wheel speed measuring precision is not high,narrow bandwidth problem.
