摘要
现实车间设计早期涉及较大的返工工作量,以快速、准确、可扩展为目标,提出一个模块化仿真设计新方法,开发Visual Components的可重构制造仿真单元,对多种布局和物流方案进行定性和定量的直观分析评价,Visual Components的可重构制造仿真单元已应用在新建自动化制造车间的布局与物流设计中,并取得显著效果。
Reality workshop early design stage involves rework workload.This paper in a quick,accurate and can be extended as the goal,put forward a new method of modular design simulation.Based on concurrent engineering theory,developed Visual Components Reconfigurable Manufacturing simulation unit and analyze the layout and logistics solutions.Reconfigurable manufacturing simulation unit has already been used in the new automation manufacturing workshop layout and logistics design,and achieved remarkable results.
