手机组装单元化生产管理系统的研究开发

Mobile Phone Assembly Unit of Production Management System

在精益生产的单元化生产方式和先进的EPR企业管理模式的基础上,研究开发了手机后段组装单元化生产管理系统。系统以Java语言开发,采用SQL 2005数据库,实现了实时与动态管理,并最大限度有效地利用企业现有资源,满足个性化、多样化手机产品的高品质、高效率、低成本的小批量生产需要,达到用最少的投入实现最大产出的目的。该系统能够将各相关部门资源整合起来,帮助组装生产管理者更好的有效利用与协调相关生产资源,改善和提高组装生产现场的管理水平,同时为与其相关的各个部门的不同需求提供服务。

Based on the unit production of lean manufacturing and advanced EPR enterprise management model,this paper had done some research and developed an unit production management system of mobile phone after segment assembly.The system developed by Java language and using SQL 2005 database,realized real-time and dynamic management,maximized the efficient use of the existing resources of the enterprise,at the same time meet the individual,diverse mobile phone product of high quality,high efficiency,small batch production needs,to achieve the purpose of maximum output with minimum capital investment.The system is able to integrate the relevant department resources,to help assemble production managers better effective utilization and coordination related production resources,to improve and enhance the management level of the assembled production site,and provide different services for various needs of the associated departments.
