摘要
基于PLC和伺服驱动开发了自动攻丝机控制系统,配置触摸屏供操作人员设置参数。PLC根据设定的速度、牙深和牙距,通过浮点运算计算出脉冲频率和脉冲数,从而控制攻丝伺服电机的速度和位移。攻丝精度可达±0.1mm,系统具有精度高、效率高、成本低等优点。
Automatic tapping machine control system based on the programmable logic(PLC) and Servo drive is developed.Touch screen is provided for operators to set parameters.According to the parameters such as depth,pitch and velocity,the pulse frequency and the number of pulses can be calculated by PLC using the floating point operation.Thereby,the velocity and distance of servo motor can be controlled by PLC.The tapping positioning accuracy is up to ±0.1mm.
