4.20芦山地震救治体会

Experience of treatment in 4.20 Lushan earthquake

目的:总结芦山地震伤员的救治体会与经验教训,为以后救治伤员工作提供帮助。方法:总结芦山大地震中伤员救治过程,结合文献复习。结果:地震伤员的科学救治流程可明显提高地震伤员的救治成功率,但在实际救援工作中,仍然有一些问题值得深思。结论:应急预案制定及演练,科学的预检分诊,先进设备,有效组织领导,志愿者参与,全社会总动员是提高地震伤员救治成功率,减少致残率的关键。

Objective：To summarize the lessons and experience of treating the victims in Lushan Earthquake,and to help the injured for future work.Method：The process of caring for the wounded was summarized in Lushan earthquake combined with the literature review.Result：Scientific treatment process can significantly improve the success rate of treating earthquake victims.But there are still some questions worth pondering in practice.Conclusion：The key factors to improve the treatment success rate and reduce the disability rate include formulation and drill of contingency plans,scientific triage,advanced equipment,effective organization and leadership,volunteers participation and mobilization of the whole society.
