品管圈活动在提高门诊药房盘点准确度方面的应用

Application of quality control circle in the improvement of outpatient inventory accuracy

目的:研究品管圈方法对降低盘点盈亏药品数量及药品盈亏率,提高门诊药房盘点准确度的效果。方法:由门诊西药房的药剂工作人员自动自发组成数人的小圈团体,按照一定的活动程序,运用品管方法,减少盘点盈亏药品数量及药品盈亏率,提高门诊药房盘点准确度。结果:盘点盈亏药品数量从活动前的194种降为120种,药品盈亏率从2.4‰降为1.1‰。结论:品管圈方法有效地提高了门诊药房药品盘点的准确度,同是也提升了药事服务质量,增强了药剂工作人员的管理意识。

Objective： To improve the outpatient inventory accuracy by decreasing the stock errors of medication.Methods： The quality control circle（QCC） training mode was introduced in the quality management of outpatient pharmacy,planning,implementation,confirmation and disposal were conducted according to the steps of QCC.The influencing factors of accuracy and the reason for stock errors were analyzed.Results： The inventory accuracy in outpatient pharmacy was improved by QCC activities,the frequency of medication error occurred decreased from 194 to 120,and the medication error rates reduced form 2.4‰ to 1.1‰.Conclusion： The work efficiency and quality of outpatient pharmacy is greatly improved by QCC activities,and the management has enhanced the quality of pharmaceutical care.
