硫酸镁对双腔管拔管后咽喉痛的预防作用

Effects of prophylactic magnesium sulphate on the sore throat after tracheal extubation with a double-lumen endobronchial tube

目的:观察硫酸镁预防双腔管拔管后咽喉痛的有效性。方法:择期在双腔气管导管插管下行开胸手术患者48例,年龄42～65岁,ASA I～Ⅱ级,随机分为对照组(C组)和硫酸镁组(M组)各24例,分别于麻醉诱导后咽喉喷雾生理盐水2 ml或硫酸镁500 mg(2 ml),30 s后行气管插管。观察双腔导管拔除后0、2、4、24 h咽喉痛的发生率及严重程度。结果:M组患者导管拔除后各时间点咽喉痛的发生率及VAS评分均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁可以有效预防双腔管拔管后咽喉痛。

Objective： To investigate the effects of prophylactic magnesium sulphate on the sore throat after tracheal extubation with a double-lumen endobronchial tube（DLT）.Methods： Forty-eight ASA Ⅰ orⅡpatients,aged 42-65 yr,scheduled for thoracic surgery with a DLT were randomly divided into 2 groups（n = 24 each）： control group（group C） and group magnesium sulphate（group M）.Normal saline 2 ml or magnesium sulphate 500 mg（2 ml） were sprayed on the surface of the throat 30 s before tracheal induction in group C and group M respectively.Patients were assessed for incidence and severity of sore throat at 0,2,4,and 24 h after tracheal extubation.Results： Compared with group C,the incidence and severity of sore throat were lower at 0,2,4,and 24 h after tracheal extubation in group M.Conclusion： The prophylactic administration of magnesium sulphate is effective to reduce both incidence and severity of sore throat after tracheal extubation of a DLT.
