曲美他嗪对冠脉造影正常的心绞痛患者血管内皮功能影响的研究

The study of the Vascular endothelial function impact in Trimetazidine effective on coronary angiography angina pectoris patients

目的研究曲美他嗪对冠脉造影正常的心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响,探索对此类患者的有效治疗手段。方法将172例冠脉造影正常但存在慢血流的女性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组86例给予常规抗心绞痛药物治疗,观察组86例在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪片治疗,治疗3个疗程后对比两组疗效、血管内皮功能标记物及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率76.74%优于对照组的53.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后ET-1、NO等血管内皮功能标志物改善均优于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组不良反应发生率4.65%与对照组的6.98%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪可明显降低血浆内皮素-1浓度、提高一氧化氮含量,有效保护冠脉造影正常的心绞痛患者的血管内皮功能,无明显不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗药物。

Objective Research on Vascular Endothelial function impact in Trimetazidine effective on coronary angiography angina pectoris patients,to explore an effective treatment for such patients. Methods 172 cases with normal coronary angiography,but the existence of the slow flow of female patients with angina were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group,control group of 86 patients were treated with conventional anti-anginal drug treatment,the observation group,86 cases in the control group on the basis of given triazinetablets in the treatment of three courses of treatment,comparing the two groups,and markers of vascular endothelial function and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results Observation group total efficiency of 76. 74% was better than 53. 49% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）,ET-1,NO vascular endothelial function markers to improve the observation group after treatment than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）,the difference of the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group 4. 65% and 6. 98% of the control group was not statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine can significantly reduced the plasma concentration of endothelin-1 increase nitric oxide,vascular endothelial function effectively protect angina in patients with normal coronary angiography,no significant adverse reactions,is a safe,effective treatment.
