摘要 目的经皮椎弓根螺钉固定在计算机导航辅助下完成并做初步分析。方法 2012年1月至2013年2月在计算机导航系统辅助下,对17例患者共行76枚经皮椎弓根螺钉固定。结果所有手术过程顺利,无血管、神经损伤并发症,76枚椎弓根螺钉位置良好,螺钉大小选择合适。手术时间短、术中出血量少,术中透视次数减少。结论计算机导航辅助经皮椎弓根螺钉固定手术安全性高。 Objective To analyze computer navigation technology used in percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation in orthopaedic surgery. Methods Frorm January 2012 to February 2013,17 patients underwent Orthopaedic operation. 76 percutaneous pedicle screw were inserted with the aid of computer navigation. Results There were no vessel or nerve complications in all cases. The sizes of screws were suitable. The position were accurate. During operation the number of fluoroscopy and the amount of X-ray radiation decreased significantly. Conclusion Computer navigation assisted percutaneous pedicle screw fixation is safe and cccurare.
