心理护理在人乳头瘤病毒感染患者中的应用分析

目的分析心理护理在人乳头瘤病毒感染患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月至2012年12月期间收治的80例女性人乳头瘤病毒感染患者临床资料,依据护理干预措施分为对照组(40例)和干预组(40例),干预组给予心理护理,对照组仅给予常规护理;采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对就诊于本院的人乳头瘤病毒阳性的80例患者进行问卷调查。结果干预组患者的焦虑值和抑郁值明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论心理护理能明显改善人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的焦虑和抑郁情况,对患者疾病的治疗具有十分重要的临床意义。

Objective Analysis of the psychological nursing in patients with human papillomavirus infection. Methods A retrospective analysis of the hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 treated 80 cases of human papillomavirus infection in patients with clinical data,on the basis of nursing intervention measures were divided into the control group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) ,the intervention group received psychological nursing,the control group only received routine nursing; by anxiety self-the rating scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were investigated by questionnaires were treated in our hospital human papilloma virus positive in 80 patients. Results The intervention group patients with anxiety and depression was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01) . Conclusion Psychological nursing can obviously improve the human papilloma virus infection in patients with anxiety and depression,which has very important clinical significance in the treatment of patients with the disease.
