社区脑卒中后遗症患者自尊状况调查

A survey on self-esteem with sequelae of stroke in community

目的调查脑卒中后遗症患者自尊状况,为医学干预提供科学依据。方法对社区76例老年脑卒中后遗症患者进行自尊问卷调查,与76例社区健康老年人作为对照。结果脑卒中后遗症患者自尊问卷总分(22.24±4.26)分,健康老年人总分(27.53±5.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区老年脑卒中后遗症患者自尊状况低。

Objective To survey the self-esteem situation in patients with stroke sequelae,to provide a scientific basis for medical intervention. Methods 76 elderly patients with sequelae of stroke in community were examine by Self-esteem Scale（SES） ,and 76 cases of community health elderly as a control. Results The total scores of self-esteem Scale in patients with sequelae of stroke was （22.24 ± 4.26） ,the total scores of the health elderly was （27.53 ± 5.61） ,the difference was significant statistically （P 0.01） . Conclusion Patients with stroke sequelae in community are low self-esteem condition.
