自动固相微萃取-气相色谱/串联质谱法测定饮用水中11种邻苯二甲酸酯 被引量:4

Determination of eleven phthalate esters in drinking water by automated solid phase micro-extraction coupled with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立自动固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱法(GC-QqQ-MS/MS)分析饮用水中11种痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的方法。方法:选用85μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取纤维,在CTC全自动固相微萃取装置上,对水样中的PAEs自动萃取富集,然后插入GC进样口,在270℃下解吸后,采用气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行外标法定量测定。结果:11种PAEs的检出限为0.0004μg/L^0.06μg/L,回收率为79.3%~129.0%,相对标准偏差为6.8%~22.7%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,能同时准确定性定量测定饮用水中11种邻苯二甲酸酯。 Objective: To develop a method for the determination of 11 phthalate esters in drinking water by au- tomated solid phase micro - extraction and gas chromatography - triple quadrnpole mass spectrometry. Methods: The PAEs in water were extracted using polyacrylate (PA) fiber, and then the fiber was introduced into the GC injector port and the extracts were desorbed at 270 ℃ with CTC automated solid phase micro - extraction device. The detection of 11 PAEs was carried out by GC - QqQ - MS/MS in the multi - reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and quantified using external standard method. Results: The detection limits ranged from 0. 0004 μg/L - 0.06 μg/L with recoveries of 79.3% - 129.0% and relative standard deviations of 6.8% -22.7% (n = 5 ). Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and it is suitable for qualitative and quantitative determination of 11 phthalates in drinking water,
