摘要
目的:建立生活饮用水中氯硝柳胺的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,以甲醇:水(85:15)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min。二极管阵列检测器在330 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果:线性范围0.2 mg/L^25 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9999,最低检出浓度为0.3μg/L,三个浓度水平的样品加标回收率为95.02%~103.9%,相对标准偏差RSD均<5%。结论:该方法线性范围宽,相关性好,精密度高,准确度好,特异性强。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of niclosamide in drinking water by HPLC. Methods: The separation was carried out on an Cls column by using the mobile phase consisting of CH3OH + H2O(85 + 15). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Detection was done by DAD at the wavelength of 330 nm. Results: The linearity was obtained in the range of 0.2 mg/L -25 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The limit of detection was 0.3 μg/L, the rate of recovery was between 95.02% - 103.9% with RSD less than the reference value 5. Conclusion: This method has good accuracy and precision. This method is suitable for the determination of niclosamide in drinking water.
