摘要
论述了曲面胶印机的同步印刷运动的控制性能要求与完成了其嵌入式伺服驱动控制系统设计。针对曲面胶印机高速运行情况下对同步控制的要求,提出了具有模块化与开放性特征的嵌入式伺服驱动控制体系结构,提出了下位嵌入式伺服驱动控制算法流程,实现了嵌入式伺服驱动控制系统。实际运行表明,所提出的曲面胶印机嵌入式伺服驱动控制系统达到预期要求。
Disscussed the performance requirements of synchronized printing movement control of the conic surface offset printing device and designed its servo-drived embedded control systems. According to the requirements of synchronized control in conditions of high speed printing, the architecture of the a servo-drived embedded control system, which is modualrized and open, is presented. A algorithm process of servo-drived control for slave controller is presented. And a servo-drived embedded control system is implemented. The practical application indicates that the embedded control system attain the expected reuqiements.
