为适应现代工业对人才培养的需求,综合应用的实验室在高职类院校工科专业中得到大力推广。基于PLC控制的多功能机械手实验室除能满足气动、电动机械手和工业机器人的教学需求外,更将现代工业中PLC技术、传感器技术、总线通信技术、触摸屏技术等融入到教学中,不仅为培养具有综合运用工业自动化技术的人才提供了良好的平台,同时也为同类综合实验室的建设提供了借鉴作用。

In order to meet the demand for talents in modern industry, comprehensive laboratory is widely constructed in engineering specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges. The comprehensive laboratory of manipulator controlled by PLC can not only meet the teaching needs of pneumatic, electric manipulator and industrial robot, but also add the modern industrial PLC technology, sensor technology, communication technology, touch screen technology into teaching, provides a good platform for personnel training of comprehensive use of industrial automation technology, at the same time also gives the reference for the similar construction of the comprehensive laboratory.
