摘要
针对筒形物料手动搬运车装卸效率低、安全性差等问题,设计了一种电动搬运车。该车包括动力提升装置、底盘装置、轴向微调装置和锁紧限位装置等部分,可实现对物料的水平进退、竖直升降、轴向微调、翻转这四个自由度内的运动。基于Pro/E的三维建模功能,建立该机械装置的3D模型和ANSYS有限元分析功能,对关键组件进行有限元分析。结果表明该电动搬运车具有可靠简单、操作方便,使用灵活和劳动强度低等特点,具有较好的应用前景。
As for the inefficient and insecurity problems of manual truck of loading and unloading barrel-type material, we propose to design electric truck. The apparatus includes chassis, the lifting, axial fine-tune and restrictor & locking device, enabling the capture of the barrel, rotate, going up and down, advance and retreat and other activities. Based on Pro/E 3D modeling and ANSYS finite element analysis capabilities, we establish the 3D model of the machinery and make the structure intervention analysis of simulating the process of loading and unloading, and do the finite element analysis to key parts. The results show that the mechanical structure is simple, easy to operate and has good application prospects.
