摘要
煤矿通风机选型设计通常以矿井的最大需风量为依据,在矿井的生产过程中需风量和阻力特性所形成的曲线不是一成不变的。通过对煤矿通风机运行的特性和风量调节方式的分析,详细论述了变频调速技术在煤矿通风机系统中的应用,这样既提高了通风机的运行效率,并能满足矿井对安全生产的风量需求,同时保护了通风机的电机,降低了煤矿企业的电能消耗,提高了企业的经济和社会效益。
The design of coal mine ventilator always based on the maximum demand of air, in the process of production, the curve of demand of air and resistance characteristic is not always fixed. Through analyzing the operation feature of coal mine ventilator and the accommodation mode of air, the paper discusses the application of variable frequency speed control technology in coal mine ventilator system in detail. The application of this technology enhances the operation efficiency of ventilator, meets the air demand of safe production, protects electrical machine of ventilator, reduces electric energy consumption in mine enterprises and improves economic benefits and social benefits of enterprises.
