摘要
中碳结构钢应用非常广泛,但是经常会出现失效的事故。通过对45钢工件失效分析对中碳结构钢的失效原因进行了总结并提出几点建议:确认材料的供货状态和热处理状态,选择合理的热处理工艺条件;合理的控制热轧或热锻的温度;选择合适的锻造比,对锻后的材料应选用合适的锻后热处理工艺;按照材料相应的热处理规范严格控制热处理工艺条件。
Medium carbon steel is used extensively, but often appear failure.Through failure analysis of 45 steel workpieces, the failure causes and suggestion of medium carbon steel are summarized. Confirming the state of supply and heat treatment , selecting a reasonable heat treatment process condition; rational hot rolling and hot forging temperature; appropriate forging ratio and heat treatment process after forging; according to the material corresponding standard strictly control heat treatment process condition.
