摘要
简要地介绍了可靠度与安全系数的定义,在此基础上扼要地说明了两者之间存在的联系与区别,重点分析并讨论了均值与标准差在零件可靠性设计中的作用,说明了即使用安全系数法设计制造出的零件在工程实际应用上也不能确保其达到规定使用的寿命要求。
The article simply introduced the definition of reliability and safety factor, and explain the relation and difference between the reliability and safety factor, analyzed and emphasized the function of mean value and standard deviation for reliability design.The article explained that the manufactured part which used the way of safety factor can not ensure the used require of lifetime.
