临床药师参与1例光敏性药疹患者的诊疗过程

Clinical Pharmacist's Experience with Diagnoses and Treatment of One Case of Photosensitization Drug Eruption

目的:探讨临床药师为光敏性药疹患者提供药学监护的方案。方法:通过参与1例光敏性药疹患者的诊疗过程,判断其光敏性药物并提供药学监护。结果:阿司匹林和氯吡格雷联用导致该患者发生光敏性药疹。结论:光敏性药疹会给患者带来很多不适和痛苦,尽早诊断光敏性药疹并及时停用致敏药物会明显提高患者生活质量,临床药师在患者的诊疗过程应充分发挥专业知识,提供药学监护,确保患者用药安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE ：To explore the approaches for clinical pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care for the patient with photosensitization drug eruption. METHODS： Through participation in the process of diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of photosensitization drug eruption, clinical pharmacist made a judgment on the drugs that induced photosensitization and provided pharmaceutical care for the patient. RESULTS： It was found that it was the combined use of aspirin and clopidogrel that caused photosensitization drug eruption. CONCLUSION： Photosensitization drug eruption results in lot of discomfort and pain for patients. Early diagnosis of photosensitization drug eruption and timely withdrawal of the drugs that induced photosensitization may result in great improvement in patients＇ quality of the life of patients. Clinical pharmacist should make use of their expertise in the process of diagnosis and treatment to provide pharmaceutical care for the patient and ensure patients＇ medication safety and effectiveness.
