2012年某院神经外科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in The Neurosurgical Inpatients of A Hospital in 2012

目的:了解2012年某院神经外科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,评价抗菌药物专项整治对抗菌药物使用情况的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,查阅2012年该院神经外科住院患者病历1 760份,对2012年上半年和下半年抗菌药物使用情况进行统计、分析。结果:2012年1—6月该院神经外科抗菌药物使用率为76.57%(683/892),共使用25种抗菌药物,其中头孢菌素类药的使用最为广泛;DDDs排序前10位的抗菌药物中仅有拉氧头孢的DUI<1,其余药物的DUI均>1。2012年7—12月神经外科抗菌药物使用率为70.05%(608/868),共使用36种抗菌药物,以头孢菌素类药为主;DDDs排序前10位抗菌药物的DUI均趋近于1。2012年7—12月该院神经外科抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)为50.1 DDD,较2012年1—6月的109.7 DDD下降了59.6 DDD(P<0.05)。结论:通过抗菌药物专项整治活动,该院神经外科抗菌药物的使用有明显改进,趋于合理。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the antibiotic use in neurosurgical inpatients in a hospital in 2012 and evaluate the effect of the special rectification activities of antibacterials on the antibiotic use. METHODS ： A total of 1 760 medical records of neurosurgical inpatients were reviewed retrospectively and the antibiotic use in the first half year of 2012 vs. the second half year of 2012 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The rate of antibiotic use from January to June in 2012 was 76.57% （683/892） ; a total of 25 antibiotics were used, with Cephal0sporin used most w!dely; among the top ten antibiotics ranked by DDDs, 9 drugs had DUI 〉 1 while Latamoxef had DUI 〈 1. The rate of antibiotic use from July to December in 2012 was 70.05% （ 608/868 ） ; during this period of time, a total of 36 antibiotics were used, with Cephalosporin used predominantly; the DUI value of the top ten antibiotics ranked by DDDs approached 1. The antibiotic use density （AUD） during July-Dec. period of 2012 decreased by 59.6 DDD as compared with that during Jan. -Jun. period of 2012 （ 109.7 DDD ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The special rectification activities of antibacterials greatly promoted the rational use of antibiotics in the department of neurosurgery of a hospital under investigation.
