摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定复方磺胺嘧啶分散片中磺胺嘧啶的含量。方法:采用C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(60∶40);检测波长:242 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:磺胺嘧啶进样量在10~90μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7);磺胺嘧啶平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD为2.7%。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于复方磺胺嘧啶分散片中磺胺嘧啶含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for determination of sulfadiazine in compound sulfadiazine dispersible tablets. METHODS: The separation of samples was performed on C18(200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) chromatographic column with mobile phase consisting of potassium 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution and methanol (60: 40) with detection wavelength of 242 nm and column temperature of 30℃. RESULTS: The optimal linear range of schisandrin was 10-90 μg/ml( r = 0. 999 7 ) with average recovery of 99.9% (RSD = 2. 7% ). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate and simple, and it is applicable for determination of sulfadiazine in compound sulfadiazine dispersible tablets.
