高效液相色谱法测定十味风消胶囊中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的含量

Determination of Tetrandrine and Fangchinoline in Shiwei Fengxiao Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定十味风消胶囊中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的含量。方法:色谱柱为SHIMADZUVP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%二乙胺溶液(70:30),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为281 nm,柱温为30℃;自动进样器进样,进样量10μl。结果:粉防己碱在0.051～0.817μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.77%(n=6);防己诺林碱在0.035～0.557μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.94%,RSD为1.03%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确稳定、专属性强,可用于十味风消胶囊的质量控制。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To establish HPLC method for determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Shiwei Fengxiao Capsules. METHODS ： The separation of samples was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS （ 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 2% diethylamine （70： 30） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min. The detection wavelength was set at 281 nm; the column temperature was set at 30℃ and the injection volume （in automatic sampler） was 10μl. RESULTS： Trandrine showed a good linear relationship at 0. 051-0. 817 μg （r = 0. 999 8, n = 6） with average recovery of 98.68% （ RSD = 0. 77% , n = 6）. Fangchinoline showed a good linear relationship at 0. 035-0. 557 ixg （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6） with average recovery of 98.94% （ RSD = 1.03%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is easy and simple to operate, accurate and stable in results with good specificity, is applicable for the quality control of Shiwei Fengxiao Capsules.
